화학물질 안전훈련 VR은 사용자를 신규·기존 사용자로 구분하고 교육 진행을 복원하기 위해
Meta의 앱 범위 사용자 ID를 자동으로 수집·처리합니다. 사용자 연령대, 정확한 나이 및 생년월일은
요청하거나 저장하지 않으며, 수집한 정보를 광고·행동 프로파일링·앱 간 추적·개인정보 판매에 이용하지 않습니다.
1. 개인정보 처리자
본 방침에서 개인정보 처리의 목적과 방법을 결정하는 개인정보 처리자는
Jinyoung Choi(이하 “개발자”)입니다.
2. 처리하는 정보

앱은 Horizon 사용자 이름, 프로필 사진, 사용자 연령대, 정확한 나이 또는 생년월일을 요청하거나
저장하지 않습니다. 마이크 및 패스스루 카메라 데이터도 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 기기 내 XR 데이터
머리, 컨트롤러 및 손의 위치·회전 정보는 VR 상호작용과 이동을 제공하기 위해 기기에서
실시간으로 처리됩니다. 개발자는 해당 원시 자세 데이터를 서버로 전송하거나 교육 기록으로
저장하지 않습니다. 향후 처리 범위가 변경되면 적용 전에 이 방침과 Meta 데이터 사용 확인을 갱신합니다.
4. 처리 목적
- 신규 사용자와 기존 사용자 구분 및 가명 교육 프로필 생성
- 교육 진행 상태·완료 회차 복원
- 1회 이상 완료한 사용자의 선택적 컨트롤러 안내 생략
- 교육 오류·중단·완료 현황의 집계 및 서비스 개선
- 서비스 보안, 장애 조사 및 부정 사용 방지
개인별 Meta 사용자 데이터는 광고, 행동 프로파일링 또는 앱 간 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
분석은 가능한 경우 집계 또는 가명 처리된 형태로 수행합니다.

개발자는 위 서비스 제공자에게 앱 운영에 필요한 범위만 처리하도록 하며, 판매를 목적으로
개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다. 개인정보처리방침 페이지는 GitHub Pages에 게시될 수 있으며,
이 정적 페이지는 Meta 사용자 ID나 교육 기록을 GitHub로 전송하지 않습니다.
6. 보유 기간 및 파기
- Meta 앱 범위 사용자 ID 및 교육 기록: 마지막 이용일로부터 1년
- 서버 접속·보안 로그: 생성일로부터 90일
- 삭제 전 생성된 암호화 백업: 삭제 후 최대 30일 이내 순환 삭제
이용자가 삭제를 요청하거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 관련 정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
관련 법령이 더 긴 보유 기간을 요구하는 경우에는 해당 정보만 분리하여 법정 기간 동안 보관합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 삭제 요청
이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제 및 처리 제한을 요청할 수 있습니다.

요청하면 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 확인한 후 원칙적으로 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 안내합니다.
요청서에는 대략적인 마지막 이용일과 알고 있는 경우 앱 내 세션 식별 정보를 적어 주십시오. 개발자는 확인에
필요한 최소 절차를 회신하며 Meta 계정 비밀번호나 인증 코드를 요구하지 않습니다.
8. 안전조치
- Quest 앱과 서버 간 HTTPS 암호화
- 앱 범위 사용자 ID와 내부 가명 참여자 ID의 분리
- 관리자 인증 및 최소 권한 접근
- 비밀키와 데이터베이스 자격 증명의 앱 외부 보관
- 입력 검증, 접근 로그, 백업 및 복구 절차 운영
9. 방침 변경
이 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 시행일과 변경 내용을 게시합니다. 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은
원칙적으로 시행 30일 전에, 그 밖의 변경은 7일 전에 알립니다. 새로운 Meta Platform 기능이나
새로운 데이터 처리업체를 도입할 때에는 실제 사용 전에 관련 고지와 DUC를 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy
Chemical Safety Training VR uses a Meta app-scoped User ID to recognize new and returning users and
restore training progress. The app automatically collects and processes this app-scoped User ID. It does
not request or store a user age group, exact age, or date of birth. The data is not used for advertising,
behavioral profiling, sale of personal data, or cross-app tracking.
1. Data Controller and Contact
Jinyoung Choi (the “Developer”) determines the purposes and means of processing.

2. Data We Process
- Meta app-scoped User ID.
- Training session and attempt IDs, course and mode, step progress, completion, duration, errors, retries, hints, end reason, and app version.
- Security and operational logs such as access time, IP address, request result, and error logs.
We do not request or store the user's Horizon username, profile photo, user age group, exact age,
date of birth, microphone data, or passthrough camera data.
3. On-device XR Data
Head, controller, and hand pose data is processed in real time on the device to provide VR interaction
and locomotion. Raw pose data is not intentionally transmitted to our server or retained as a training record.
4. Purposes
- Recognize new and returning users and create a pseudonymous training profile.
- Restore progress and completed attempts.
- Allow returning users to skip optional controller onboarding.
- Produce aggregated or pseudonymous training metrics and improve reliability.
- Protect the service, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.
5. Service Provider and Processing Location
The Constant Company, LLC (Vultr) provides cloud infrastructure for the Express API, database, and
security logs. The intended server region is the Republic of Korea. The public policy page may be hosted
on GitHub Pages, but the app does not send Meta User IDs or training records to GitHub.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Meta User ID and training records: one year after the last use.
- Server access and security logs: 90 days.
- Encrypted backups made before deletion: removed through backup rotation within 30 days.
Data is deleted without undue delay when requested or when the processing purpose ends, unless a longer
period is required by applicable law.
7. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction by contacting
tycheworks0101@gmail.com.
Please include the approximate date of your last use and, if known, an in-app session reference. We will
reply with the minimum verification steps needed and normally report the result within 10 days. We will
never ask for a Meta password or authentication code.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, pseudonymous internal participant identifiers, authenticated administrator access,
secret management outside the client app, input validation, operational logging, and backup procedures.
9. Changes
We will publish changes and their effective date on this page. Material changes are normally announced
30 days in advance and other changes 7 days in advance. We will update the relevant disclosures and Meta
Data Use Checkup before using new Platform features or processors.
